She could light up a room with her smile and brought fun to any situation. Sadie was a daughter, sister, niece and friend … everyone loved to be around Sadie. She was a graduate of Gleason High School and a marketing major at the University of Tennessee at Martin, just 20 years old, her whole life ahead of her. Very suddenly and unexpectedly, she died November 7, 2010 of a bronchial asthma attack possibly triggered by an allergic reaction. Her twin brother, serving in Iraq, came back home with this tragic news.
We are helping her memory live on by providing life-saving devices to emergency services and those in need, so that this tragedy may not have to happen again. We established this charity to help spread awareness of anaphylaxis caused by allergens, exercise, or unknown triggers.
